About me
I received my Ph.D. degree in anthropology at Emory University.
My research interests include the Prehistoric Eurasia and Africa, Cognitive Archaeology, Lithic Analysis, and Cultural Evolution.
I have conducted multiple field and laboratory research projects in China, Israel, and Ethiopia.
As the lead author, I have published in Advances in Archaeological Practice, Behavioral and Brain Sciences, Evolutionary Anthropology, Journal of Anthropological Archaeology, Journal of Archaeological Science: Reports, and Journal of Cognition and Culture.
My research has been funded by the Leakey Foundation, Andrew Sherratt Fund, Senckenberg Society for Nature Research, ISHE, JSPS, and NSF, among others.
